FGDB web user interface (UI) was developed by Dr. Sushil K Shakyawar in supervision of Dr. Babu Guda at University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), Omaha, USA. The application was built in python environment using Flask framework. Glypy package was used for drawing the glycan structures and performing related calculations. FSH glycan datasets as well as guidance on searching the database and drawing the glycan structures (CGF OGI linkage) were provided by Dr. George Bousfield at Wichita State University, Kansas USA.

Currently, the database is being maintained by Dr. Guda´s lab at UNMC.
