FGDB allows searches using either monosaccharides composition or molecular mass or text ID of glycan molecules. The representation formats to visualize the glycans in FGDB mainly includes 1) standard CFG, and 2) CFG (OGI linkage) format, which is described below. The latter one is more comprehensive to illustrate the linkage of monosaccharides in a glycan molecule.

The full list of FSH glycans along with their different structural features in the downloadable excel/csv files can also be queried at the home page. Apart from this, the glycan abundance analysis and plotting feature can be utilized from corresponding pages.
